Inspection Cost for Oklahoma Residents
The below home inspection costs are based on inspections within a 30-mile radius of Tulsa. For home inspections beyond a 30-mile radius of Tulsa, a travel charge of $1.50 per mile both ways will apply. Any inspection canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
